 ohhhh beetroot.
.But the people don't know about this, for the use of beetroot there are several good 
 factors let me explain.

.Women have plenty of problems in real life about health but one of the problem is iron.
.Due to the deficiency of iron that get several problems.
.Take a beetroot and make them into small pieces.
.A small piece of beetroot that contains 1.1 milligram of iron.
.For this instance daily take a glass of beetroot  
.6% of carbohydrates that should takes place.
.Due to iron increase of hemoglobin that should takes place.
.For the supply of oxygen towards the body parts.
.The people who are suffering with less blood in a body that takes juice of beetroot in a day for  twenty days it will get better results.

.For growing children in a home take a gravy leaves and snacks.
.For this stuff apply tiny pieces of beetroots that kids will eat.

.Sometimes make a beetroot juice.
.If a juice is not good in taste.
.Apply small amount of lime and salt.
.This will get good taste and the children drink easily.
